| How to Join Erie Metro FCU |

To become a member of the Erie Metro Federal Credit Union, a person(s) must meet the eligibility criteria. The criteria is any person(s) who live, work, worship or attend a school or college in the communities of So. Buffalo, Lackawanna, Blasdell and Hamburg, NY are eligible for membership.
If a person does not meet the above criteria, but has an immediate family member who does, they would be eligible to join the credit union (Even if that family member chooses not to join). An immediate family member consists of father, mother, sister, brother, grandparents or father/mother-in-law.
The initial membership fee is $10.00 and allows the new member to utilize any of the products or services offered by the credit union. For more information, call the Main Office at (716) 826-1976.
When family members join our credit union, they are immediately eligible for all the same great benefits our members enjoy. They include low interest rates on loans, higher dividends on savings, discounted tickets at movie theatres, theme parks and car washes, personalized service and ownership in our credit union.
