Metroline:

A member may access their Erie Metro accounts by using this touch-tone telephone service nearly 24 hours per day/7 days per week. The telephone number is (716) 823-0128. The services include:

• Obtain current account balance information.
• Verify checks that have cleared.
• Transfer funds between savings, checking or make loan payments.
• Request a credit union check against funds in a savings or checking account.
• Several other services also available.

Payroll & Other Direct Deposit:

A convenient way of depositing into your credit union accounts. Your entire paycheck or a portion of it may be automatically deposited each pay period into the accounts you specify to make saving easier. A portion of your paycheck can also be directed to the balance of any loans granted by the credit union. Direct deposit is also available for federal and state government checks, social security, military and other allotment checks including most company pension checks.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance:

All eligible members of the credit union are eligible to receive $2,000.00 of 24-hour accidental death and dismemberment insurance. There is no cost to the member. Additional coverages are also available at member expense.

Dealer Invoice Pricing through West Herr Automotive Group:

Members can receive Hassle Free-Dealer Invoice Pricing on several pre-owned or new vehicles at any West Herr dealership. Additional services include:
